DevOps Engineer (Ansible)

Salary : Max 140k , Depending on experience

Level : Senior

Work location : Hybrid (Silom)

Responsibilities:

• Automation using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)

• Migrate existing Ansible playbooks to our brand-new AAP instance

• Develop Ansible playbooks and scripts with modern languages

• Maintain existing CI/CD automation pipelines

• Implement pipelines for traditional & containerized applications

• Replace manual processes by creating automated pipelines using 3rd party APIs

• Promote best-practices and train other teams to adopt CI/CD concepts and use pipelines in autonomy

• Support & maintenance

• Provide level 2 support on automation platforms.

• Manage incidents & problems with automation.

• Maintain automation platforms up to date.

 

Requirements:

• Problem-solving attitude

• Strong Team spirit

• Fluent in English

• Oncall Standby required (night/weekends) 

• Understand applications interactions and dependencies in a distributed architecture

• Good communication skills

Technologies Knowledge:

• Strong Ansible playbooks & Ansible Automation Platform (AAP / Tower) skills

• Able to modify existing Jenkins pipelines

• Linux (Red Hat) environments

• Openshift Platform API usage

 

Education & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position
